We are thrilled to announce our acceptance to present breakthrough data at the upcoming American Association of Cancer Research (AACR) Annual Meeting! The AACR Annual Meeting is the critical driver of progress against cancer, in which scientists, clinicians, other health care professionals, survivors, patients, and advocates gather to share and discuss the latest breakthroughs. From population science and prevention; to cancer biology, translational, and clinical studies; to survivorship and advocacy; the AACR Annual Meeting showcases cutting-edge cancer science and medicine.
Breakthrough Data:
We completed a preclinical proof-of-concept data set, including breakthrough data that confirms NOVO-111’s mechanism of action to induce ribosome biosynthesis stress and be efficacious in cancer. This, in addition to our safety and pharmacokinetic data, makes NOVO-111 a clear solution for the treatment of aggressive cancers.
About INNOVOTEX:
INNOVOTEX is an oncology therapeutic company that is developing a platform of MDCs assets to treat solid tumors. Its lead clinical candidate, NOVO-111 localizes to solid tumors and targets the cancer ribosome. Pre-clinical studies have demonstrated the ability of single agent, NOVO-111 to circumvent platinum-based resistance in wt-p53 in vivo models with statistically significant tumor regression. NOVO-111 has the potential to address unmet needs in multiple indications that present significant resistance to standard of care treatments, including NSCLC, CRC, ovarian, and pancreatic cancers.
