INNOVOTEX is an oncology therapeutic company that is developing a platform of macrocycle based assets to treat solid tumors. Its lead clinical candidate, NOVO-111 localizes to solid tumors and targets the cancer ribosome. Pre-clinical studies have demonstrated the ability of single agent, NOVO-111 to circumvent platinum-based resistance in wt-p53 in vivo models with statistically significant tumor regression. NOVO-111 has the potential to address unmet needs in multiple indications that present significant resistance to standard of care treatments, including NSCLC, CRC, ovarian, and pancreatic cancers.
