INNOVOTEX Macrocycle Drug Conjugates (MDCs)
InnovoTEX is developing a next-generation Antibody Drug Conjugate (ADC) like platform utilizing a clinically validated tumor localizing macrocycle to create Macrocycle Drug Conjugates (MDCs) that are capable of delivering anticancer payloads (i.e., therapies) directly to the tumor. These new compositions represent a novel technology early in its patent lifecycle and a key opportunity for potential partnerships.
INNOVOTEX Chief Operating Officer – Dr. Krystle Karoscik
Dr. Karoscik leads the areas of development operations, clinical strategy, finance, and investor relations to accelerate strategic corporate growth towards first-in-class platform therapies for patients with advanced cancers.
Dr. Karoscik has >15 years of professional experience in translational medicine and the pharmaceutical industry. She trained at the University of Pennsylvania in CAR T manufacturing and clinical research and has since led over 20 oncology programs through early-stage clinical trials. As a business development consultant, she also focused on product development and created business optimization models to advance translational research through commercialization, for which she has received multiple Innovation Excellence awards. She is also Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Penn Club of Boston and is Chair of the Women in Leadership initiative to foster professional growth and development in STEM and finance.
